WASHINGTON, July 29, 2021 — The Biden-Harris Administration’s Buy American Act Proposed Rule is another step forward for boosting American production and manufacturing. SAMS commends the Administration’s efforts to close problematic loopholes in the Buy American statute, strengthen the domestic supply chain, and reward the grit and innovation of American companies and small businesses.
