SAMS Applauds the Appointment of Livia Shmavonian as the Director of the White House ‘Made in America’ Office
WASHINGTON, D.C., November 3, 2022 – The Securing America’s Medicines and Supply (SAMS) Coalition, today, applauded the appointment of Livia Shmavonian as the Director of the White House ‘Made in America’ Office.
The ‘Made in America’ Office, within the Office of Management and Budget, has been integral in helping shape and implement federal procurement and financial management policy. SAMS is encouraged by the Office’s vision of a resilient domestic medical supply chain. The Coalition also publicly acknowledged former Director Celeste Drake for her commitment and partnership.
